Robert Teegarden

Robert Teegarden is senior consultant. Teegarden, a longtime private school administrator and public policy advocate assist private schools in the western half of the United States with E-rate funding. He spent more than 21 years as a private school administrator on the West Coast. Teegarden says, “I understand the financial pressures face by these institutions. That’s why I am eager to help private schools receive their share of E-Rate dollars.”

According to Teegarden, most private institutions don’t have the time, staff, or experience to wade through the complicated filing process. With the help of his firm, Teagarden estimates that most schools will spend less than 2 hours on their E-Rate process. “E-Rate Program LLC understands every step of the filing process. We have the staff and expertise needed to maximize reimbursement and minimize the workload.”

Mary Lynne Porzel
Mary Lynne Porzel

Mary Lynne Porzel is the newest addition to the eRateProgram team. Her background includes 15 years in the telecommunications industry with NEC as a trainer, sales consultant and sales manager. She was successful in partnering with many schools, companies and organizations, large and small throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Mary Lynne's most recent employment was with Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center as a Business Development Coordinator.

Although she has worked in sales most of her career, Mary Lynne is most proud of her time and accomplishments while serving the community blood center. "Selling a product is one thing, selling someone on being a blood donor or hosting a blood drive is quite another". She states it was the most challenging yet rewarding experience of her career. Mary Lynne relied on the many business friends and partners she met along the way to "Help Her Help Others" and many of them joined her in this mission.

The many business relationships Mary Lynne has developed over the years have given her a great insight as to what is important to others. "Under promise and over deliver…talk less and listen more and always be honest, that's a Winner!"

"As the Director of Client Services, I am excited to talk with and meet many of our clients and begin forming new relationships...I'll be calling you."

Born and raised in St. Louis, Mary Lynne has been involved with the Asthma & Allergy Foundation and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation as well as other school and church organizations.

What’s the number one reason schools don’t receive E-Rate dollars?

They don’t apply for it.
eRate Program Testimonials
The City of St. Charles School District first contracted with eRate Program, LLC last year. Our main goal was to take the maze of eRate paperwork and dealing with a major bureaucracy off of our desk and put it on theirs. Their estimated fee for this work was quite reasonable, so we put them to the test.

Since that time they have responded with quick, critcal, and understandable advice. More than that, they have made the process of working through the eRate application painless. I would highly recommend you contact them to discuss how they can help you too!

Charles W. Brazeale, Director of Instructional Technology, City of Saint Charles School District
